1. How do I place an Order ?

Two methods to make an order.

1 ). You just need to add the items to your shopping cart then proceed to place order,finally submit it.

2 ). email me the items ID# and size and quantity.

After you make the order,we will email you to confirm price and more detail about your order.

2. Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no Minimum order amount even though we sell our products at wholesale prices. You can order 1 item if you like.

3. Are the products original?

No,they are replica,but they are packaged in Original box and card,Good quality 1:1 as original ones,look especial the same and feel the same as the real ones.

4. How to track my order?

If you are a registered member at our website, you may track your order using the "Order Inquiry" link. Or our Customer Service can help you track your order.

5. How can I change my order or cancel my order?

When we receive your payment, we will deal with your order within 2 days. So if you real want to change it or cancel it, we hope you can tell us within 2 days. If we ship it out, it is difficult to stop the parcel for you. So we hope you can understand.

6. Are the styles the same as the pictures?

Yes, we will send out the goods as the picture shows. Sometimes you may note variations in colour from the descriptions. This variation is due to differences in monitors, graphics cards etc, there can be tiny color difference between the products you received with the products' photo you saw on the website.

7. How long do the order arrive?

Usually to USA need about 6-9 workdays to arrive,to Europe need about 8-10 workdays to arrive.

8. Which way do you ship the order out?

Usually we send orders by EMS and accept the shipping way that the customers prefer.

9. If I order more, could you give me some discount?

Yes, if you need a large quantity, we will consider the discount and other favorable services. Details depend on your final quantity.

10. What is your Payment methods ?

We only accept the Western Union and Money Gram. Do not use Paypal or credit card.

11. How to know whether the products you ordered has been sent or not.

After we receipt your payment, we will send the products which you ordered to you within 24-36 hours, Please note check your email, also we will send the parcel tracking number to your email, you can check the mailing status of products through the tracking number.

12. How long can I get the customized Product?

Because the product is customized, we must ask the manufacture to product it. So usally it need about 15 days to get the item from the factory. We hope you can wait for it patiently. And once the parcel is shipped, we will give you the tracking number.

13. What is your Return Policy?

If you are not satisfied with our items, you can return the items to us within 7 days from the time you receive the items. We will refund you the money when we get the returned package. Important Notice: We will take back item only if it will be flawless, in an unused condition, and will be returned with the accompanying accessories that were sent with it.
